In order to streamline support requests and to better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

To submit a ticket, please email support@netnorth.co.uk and a new ticket will be created.

If you are unable to e-mail us for any reason, please call us on 01204 900700 during office hours and we can open a ticket on your behalf.

Please note that, to action certain requests, we may require further authorisation after tickets have been created via telephone which may delay your support response.
